About these terms
WEEU 99.7 FM and 830 AM is operated by Treese Media Group LLC ("WEEU", "we", "us"). These terms cover your use of weeuradio.com, including the live stream, podcasts, news, schedules, scores, events and forms on the site.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using the website
You may use weeuradio.com for your own personal, non-commercial use. You don't need an account to listen, read or browse.
The website is for a general audience. You must be at least 13 to send us anything through the site, such as a contact form or newsletter sign-up. Contests may have their own age limits.
Listening and podcasts
Our live streams and podcasts are for personal listening. Please don't rebroadcast them, record them to share or sell, play them in a business as background audio, or put them on another website or app without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our shows and episodes.
We try to keep the stream and podcasts available, but we can't promise they will always work. Programs, hosts and schedules change, and some programs or games may not be available online because of rights restrictions.
Our content
The text, audio, photos, video, graphics, logos and design of weeuradio.com belong to WEEU or to the people and companies who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. WEEU, 99.7 FM, 830 AM and our logos are our trademarks.
Some stories come from news partners, such as Spotlight PA, and are credited to them with a link to the original. They remain the property of those partners.
You may view, print and share links to our pages for your own use. Please don't copy, republish, sell or change our content, or use our name or logos, without our written permission.
What you send us
When you send us something through the website, such as a message, a news tip, an event, a photo, a job application or an advertising inquiry, you confirm that what you send is accurate and is yours to share.
If you send something for us to use on the air or on the website, such as a news tip, photo or event listing, you give us permission to use, edit, broadcast and publish it, with or without your name, at no cost to us. You keep ownership of it. We aren't required to use anything you send, and we may remove it at any time.
Please don't send us anything confidential that you don't want us to use. We may use ideas and suggestions you send without owing you anything.
Rules of conduct
When you use weeuradio.com, please don't:
- Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
- Send anything threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene or defamatory, or anything that invades someone's privacy.
- Pretend to be someone else, or give false information in a form.
- Send spam, advertising we didn't ask for, or anything containing a virus or other harmful code.
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the site, its content or its stream, or put an unreasonable load on our servers.
- Try to get into parts of the site that aren't meant for you, such as staff accounts and settings, or get around any security measure.
We may block anyone who breaks these rules from the site or its forms.
Contests and promotions
Each contest has its own official rules, which explain who can enter, how to enter and how winners are picked. If a contest's rules differ from these terms, the contest's rules apply to that contest.
Schedules, scores and events
We work to keep our program schedule, game times, scores and event listings correct, but they can change, run late or contain mistakes. Scores and some sports information come from outside sources. Before you travel to an event, please check the details with its organizer.
Opinions and advice
Our hosts, guests and callers speak for themselves. Their opinions are not necessarily WEEU's, our sponsors' or our advertisers'.
Programs about money, health, law, home and garden, pets and other topics are for general information only. They are not professional advice for your situation. Talk to a qualified professional before you act on anything you hear or read on WEEU.
Advertisers and other websites
The website shows ads and sponsor messages, and links to sites we don't run, such as YouTube, podcast hosts, news partners, team sites and advertisers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them, and a link or an ad doesn't mean we endorse them. Anything you buy from an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. Other sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
We provide weeuradio.com "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises, express or implied, that the website, stream or podcasts will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that any information on them is complete, current or accurate. This includes any implied promise that they are fit for a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WEEU, Treese Media Group LLC, and our owners, staff, hosts and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, that come from your use of the website or your inability to use it. If we are found liable to you for anything related to the website, our total liability is limited to $100.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law while using the website, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on weeuradio.com infringes your copyright, email us at info@weeuradio.com. Please include: what the work is; where it appears on our site; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are allowed to act for the owner. We'll review it and remove material when appropriate.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop any part of the website at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the website will be decided in the state or federal courts serving Berks County, Pennsylvania, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any contest's official rules, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
